General
TerraCourses is a world wide training courses catalog where you can search for any course that you are interested in, anywhere in the world. You can use our free form text search or our comprehensive category search. We are constantly working on adding new courses so be sure to check back frequently.
No, it's completely free.
You can use either our category search where you can search for courses depending on type and in which country they are held in or you can look for courses using our free text search which finds courses using keywords you type in.
All kinds of short and long courses, both online, on site and self study.
Yes, in the category search you can look for courses held in a specific location, like your country, region or a city close by you.
Yes, we welcome all suggestions and will forward the request to our course providers. Just send us your request and you might be on your way to the course of your dreams. Remember to tell us the country and city you live in so we can forward the request to the most suitable course provider.
When you have found a course that you are interested in, just click on it and you will find various details on the course, like it's description and who is holding the course. Depending on what the course provider has entered when he registered the course, you should be able to either see the web address of the course and/or a contact e-mail which you can use to contact the course provider.
When you click on the course you are interested in you will find a link to the course provider's homepage where you should be able to register.
Course Providers
You can see this when you edit the course. Go to the edit form of the course and click the Revision tab. There you will see a list of revisions you have made to the course and in the Status column you will see its moderation state. If it says 'in draft/pending publication' then a moderator has the course in his moderation queue but has not yet been able to review it. Your course should be reviewed shortly. Please allow for up to one business day for the review to go through.
This is done by unpublishing the course. To unpublish a course, follow these steps:
- Go to the course and edit it.
- Click on the Revisions tab.
- Click on the 'Unpublish current revision' link right above the revision table.
- Confirm the action on the next page.
The course will now not be found in the directory. This takes effect immediately and does not have to be moderated. To make the course public again you just have to save it and it will be taken through the usual moderation procedure.
You just have to edit and save it. This will put the course in the moderation queue and will be made public once a moderator has approved it.
